Everything I know and teach my clients about exercise and nutrition, I have learned from my personal experience, not from a book or a class. I practice what I preach, and I wouldn’t ask my clients to do anything I wouldn’t do. I think they really respect me for that. My job as a personal trainer is to educate, motivate and then celebrate my client’s success. It’s just amazing what you can do to your body with the proper training and instruction.
